Tracy, apart from being creatively gifted has an incredible initiative and a strong dedication to work with strong interpersonal skills. I have had the opportunity to work with her not only in USA but in Africa, Zambia in particular where she is spearheading community projects.
Tracy leads by example and many people here find her enthusiasm and dedication both inspiring and motivating. As part of community work, Tracy has worked hard to build authentic relationships with community members in Zambia. I believe Tracy exhibits many of the qualities that are essential to development practitioners.
